GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC) 

SCOPE OF APPLICATION:

The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business transactions between Anne Britt Bellstedt Coaching and her clients. They remain valid for the entire duration of the business relationship. By booking the services offered by Anne Britt Bellstedt, these terms are deemed accepted.

 

ETHICS & CONFIDENTIALITY:

  • I treat the session you have booked as a divine contract, with the intention of supporting your highest good and soul’s path. I honor your free will and do not provide prescriptive advice. My role is that of a spiritual mentor, intuitive channel, energy healing facilitator, and sacred space creator. My work is intended to empower, inspire, guide, support you.

  • All information exchanged during the session will be treated with absolute confidentiality. I am committed to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all private and business matters that become known to me during our collaboration, even after its termination.

APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT:

  • All appointments, including multiple-session packages such as "Soul Expansion" and the mentorship program "The Temple", are considered binding upon booking.

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking.

  • For the "Soul Expansion" package and the "The Temple" mentorship program, a monthly payment plan is available upon prior agreement. If the client terminates the collaboration prematurely, the remaining total amount becomes due for immediate payment.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made later than 24 hours before the scheduled time, missed, or forgotten sessions must be paid in full.

  • If the client fails to attend the session at the agreed-upon start time, the appointment will be canceled without replacement and remains fully chargeable. A rebooking will not be possible.

  • If Anne Britt Bellstedt cancels an intuitive soul session due to illness or force majeure, there is no entitlement to the session being held on the originally scheduled date. However, an alternative appointment may be arranged where possible and subject to mutual agreement.

 

INTUITIVE SESSION GUIDELINES:

  • Sessions take place online via Zoom. A Zoom meeting invitation link will be provided upon successful booking.

  • It is your responsibility to download the latest Zoom software (https://zoom.us/) in advance and familiarize yourself with its functionality before our session. Technical issues on your end are not a valid reason for missing a session.

  • Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection and that you are in a quiet, undisturbed space for the duration of our session.

  • At the beginning of the session, I will clearly explain the structure and process. There will also be space for you to share and ask questions.

  • During channeling and energy work, I kindly ask you to refrain from asking questions, if possible, to maintain the flow of energy.

  • The session will be recorded, and you will receive an audio file for personal use only. Under no circumstances may this recording be shared, copied, published, sold, or used for any public purposes (e.g., social media).

  • Personal soul growth and healing through my intuitive energy healing work is a self-responsible process. My work constitutes a purely service-based activity, and no measurable success is guaranteed or owed. Any liability is excluded.

  • My intuitive work does not include therapeutic or medical healing promises and does not replace visits to a doctor or psychotherapist. If you feel physically unwell or mentally unstable, I strongly encourage you to seek medical help.

The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, and Swiss law applies.
